just got the OK from the doc two days ago. i have to practice for 2 weeks then i am ok to go and start playing in soccer games, and back to 100%. but my knee does not feel 100%, but i am still slowly working at it. it has been 4 months since i had my ACL surgery.
you might wanna run on grass or sand, the impact from running is kinda hard on your knees if they're in the process of recovering from an injury. I have fluid in my knees and running on pavement kills them if I run longer than 30 mins

doing exercices on a balance board and and other balance things, will activate all muscles and they learn to how towork togther again --> stabilisation!
