It's simple, you post your best or favorite recipe (ingredients and making steps).
I'll start of:
Summer smoothie
Ingredient:
170 grams of raspberry
125 grams of peach or nectarine
175 grams of strawberry
125 grams of mango
150 ml of pineapple juice
150 ml of strawberry-kiwi juice
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Cut everything in small cubes and put everything in the blender. Blend at med-lo.
Give 4 servings
