If you couldnt ski for some reason like medical, parents, or some reason what would you do?? snowboard, cross country ski, tube?

in less than two weeks I'll be missing my first season in my 21 years of life, 18 years of skiing to be exact.

I'm planning on dying a little bit inside, slightly more every time it snows, probably a little more than that if there's a huge dump (thank god I can't see mountains)
Other than that I'm going to work out, watch ski movies and go to school.

what's the time frame here?

Just in case ... if I could never ski again, I'd fuckin move to Fiji.
