instead of studying the assyrian empire, i spent some of last night watching mpegs of rollerbladers grind all kinds of rails and shit. those guys have it fuckin rough, everyone seems to clown on them and in my opinion without legitimate reason. i myself don't rollerblade, but after seeing what those guys can do and what they choose to do, i think that skiing owes a lot to them, even if most skiers don't know it. they hit rails faster, bigger and with much more deadly consequences than skiers do. i honestly think that rollerbladers might have the least intellegence of all 'extreme' sports, either that or their just fuckin crazy for some of the shit that they commit to. so as usual i'll probably get heckled for saying something remotely controversial, but i'll give a nod to the rollerbladers that few show love for. and if you don't agree with me, why don't you just go watch some mpegs for yourself and then consider the physics.

ive always loved rollerblading... started out at the park and moved to street... got somewhat good but never really great at it...I picked it up a couple years ago one summer and when winter came it was amazing... no rail scared me... no fall was nearly as painful and a rollerblading fall... my rail skills improved 100%... i will always have respect for rollerbladers....

at the beginning of an RDS skate video, there's this intense techno pump up song, a godzilla, then some boobies, and then this rollerbladre HUCKS HIS MEAT down a double 12 set or some shit like that, 180's it, sticks, whips back, NAILS HIS UNPROTECTED HEAD, and stops moving...yea shits intese.

thanks man...finally someone payed attention watching those videos... im a booter...not so much now as i was, but i think i got a lot of my steeze from skating... rails came easy, and rotations...

yea idk i think rollerblading is one of the most ballsiest sports take this into consideration u can jump off a skate board and a bike but rollerblades.. ur r fucked if shit goes bad same with skiing and snowboarding but falling on snow is way better than falling on asphault and gettin roadburn basically u fall on rollerblades u are gonna get bloody idk if that makes it a better sport but it makes it harder

ever since 6th grade i just relized how gay rollarblading was. irespect the balls and risk invoved it takes to slide some handrails in ski boots with wheels but it still looks fucking stupid. Kinda like skarachuting. It has nothing to do with what anyone says its my opinion. fruitbooters in boston dont get a lot of respect. we dont see them too much either
park skiing is gona be fucked if these kids dont stop brining in that rollarblad shit into the park... charles ganier is a NASTY park skier no one can deny that. But hes fucking killing our sport with those blading slides. Like the snowboard coach here at school we were talking about skiing and he said it just looks like rollarblading to him now.

i agree man we should just stop spinning in and out of grinds and doing switchups too. oh and no more corks or bios or flatspins or spins in general. basically we should stop riding the park its too much like other sports. lets all go ski moguls we're killing skiing.

the ironic thing is, i hate rollerbladers too...even when i was into it hardcore. i hated all those stupid kids on skates that just got in the way...and they used parks as roller rinks... fags... they're the ones that give rollerblading a bad name. i only respected good bladers, like myself or better, and i got respect from most boarders too cuz i was good so no disrespect to them either
