did i ever say that, no. dont put words into my mouth. the big east is bad and ill admit it. the big 10 is better but not special. look at last year when psu who dominated the big 10 played usc. they were destroyed.

Maryland beat Cal last year 34-28. Payback's a bitch.

However, I'm not bragging just because Cal beat maryland. I'm just stoked that they hammered it out on their opening game of the season from both sides of the ball and established a lot of momentum.

They beat Eastern Washington in an uninspiring, boring, blowout - 59-7 yesterday. I cant wait till next week in Minnesota. It will tell us exactly how prepared Cal is going up against Oregon and USC. If the bears come out of this game with a 38-16 victory that I predict, or something of that nature, then they should have some good momentum going into Oregon. However, I'm a little worried still, because Cal is known for losing to opponents that it should have in the bag - Maryland last year, Oregon State/Washington/Stanfurd the year before, and fucking Arizona in 2006 - if we won that game we would have been pac10 champions hands down... and not had to share it with USC...

Bumpin this up cause things are getting exciting.

It's funny to read this thread and see so many people be wrong on their predictions(mostly OSU fans, yes, your team sucks and is overrated).

Georgia Tech is throwing down and should win the rest of their games, and its even better since Clemson beat Miami today.

Now I just wish the teams that had no business being in the top 10:Boise State and Cincinnati would lose and get the fuck out. Seriously, Boise State played Oregon and that's it.

Too bad TN didnt beat alabama today. And Michigan State almost pulled it off against Iowa tonight. I will root for Ohio State for once in my life when they play Iowa.

Agreed, they have an incredibly easy schedule.

Oregon is on the serious rebound since that game. Next saturday will be make it or break it.

Cincinnati deserves to be up there. They have been murdering people without their #1 QB.

OSU is over rated and will lose to Iowa, although I hate both teams, Iowa does find a way to win, sure its not pretty but a W is a W.

Bosie and TCU are both over rated also.

Yeah, Iowa finds a way to win, luck and poor officiating.

Iowa is not even that great. They've played one team that is any good, Penn State, which in my opinion is also overrated. They barely got by Michigan, Michigan State, and (although the score doesn't show it) Indiana. The game was pathetic. They did not look like a top 5 team, let alone top 15 or 20(until Indiana gave up in the 4th quarter). Oh yeah, they barely beat Arkansas State...go look at THEIR record...some tough competition. Iowa will lose to ohio state. I hate ohio state with a passion, but the big ten is pathetic this year. A w is not a w.

Cincinnati has been murdering people because they have had to play nobody(except maybe south florida).

Finally Iowa loses

Penn State loses...thank god (I love ya penn state, and I hate you ohio state, but yeah, it was penn states time to go down)

Oregon losing...shit I did not call that one, but my team is higher for it, so thank you.

Georgia Tech at #7. That's right bitches... Coach Paul Johnson showed everyone that he's fucking ridiculous. Going for 4th and 1 in overtime after going 0/4 in 4th down conversions all game. He said tat if we cant get 18 inches, we dont deserve to win the game. Fucking terrible it was that close to wake forest, but a tons of shit happened that game.
