Oxycodone aka oxycontin, is a shitty, terrible drug + government conspiracy

ive had friends who got addicted to that shit and 2 things happened

they got so ugly they started to look like scarecrows

and their brain turned to fucking mushh

i have other friends addicted to other pks like hydrocodone and hydromorphone and fentanyl and they are all still sharp as a knife upstairs and havent changed at all looks wise, although they are addicted

the government conspiracy part is that they hide these side effects, what ever they are, because they can make billions by taxing drug companies who make oxycodone, especially if oxycodone becomes the new fix for former heroin addicts.  Oxycodone is synthesized from thebaine,  a toxic side product of the opium poppy. Instead of throwing away this thebaine shit, they chemically change it into oxycodone but in my opinion oxycodone has the same side effects as thebaine, which is hot flashes, feeling like your head is swollen, and motherfucking brain damage.

I think the fact that thebaine would otherwise be thrown away is why oxycodone is made from it. Most of the good, choice opiate painkillers are synthesized from morphine or fully synthesized, and I think the thousands of tons of this biproduct shit called thebaine is too tempting for them to not make a drug out of.

I hope this isnt too much,  this is simply my honest opinion and i think this information is good for people to know. Drug companies dont give a fuck about you, so dont think every pill is not gonna do bad things to you.

GENERIC OXYCODONE was discontinued by it's manufacturers at the end of 2009. once supplies run out in pharmacies only cancer patients and the terminally ill will have access to them. There is no drug company conspiracy you uneducated fucking moron.

OP your obviously a fuckin idiot because oxycodone is a different drug then oxycontin it just has the same buzz. oxycodone is your percocets an oxycontin is oxycontin. Oxycodone is not bad for you, ya you can get addicted to it but least it aint synthetic heroin. Thats why people shoots oxys

when i blew out my shoulder i had to take 2 10 Mg oxycodone every 4 hours before all the hate the reason why he gave me 2 10s instead of 20s is because if i didn't need the whole thing i could take one 10 and cut it in half

Percocet = Oxycodone + Acetaminophen*

The reason taking percs recreationally is really bad is because of the acetaminophen. Probably one of the more common prescriptions for Percocet is 5 mg of oxycodone & 325 mg of acetaminophen. By the time you get to recreational dosage for the oxycodone you're already almost at 1,000 mgs of acetaminophen which is terrible for your liver. I got prescribed percocet for my foot surgery. I honestly don't know what I would have done without it. i was doubling, sometimes tripling my dosage because the pain was so bad. They hit a nerve during surgery and it felt like someone had lit my foot on fire and was then repeatedly stabbing it with a rusty knife. I didn't have any problems stopping. It also made me super constipated.

I was prescribed vics by the ER when I broke my foot (2 weeks before surgery). The vics didn't do shit for me. I was still just in as much pain as before. I was prescribed Vicoprofen which is hydrocodone + ibuprofen. Hydrocodone + acetaminophen is more common.

God, some people have NO idea what they're talking about. It takes about 5 minutes of research to figure out what the drugs actually are. Stop confusing brand names with the actual drug.

This is fucking true. If you friends are doing this shit give it your all to stop them. My best friend started doing fetanal patches with some other group of kids after he got dumped by his girlfriend of 3 years (I know this us fucking lame). I told him to stop and he kept doing it. Then one day at a party I called him out about it in front of everybody and we ended up getting in a fight with the kids who got him into it. This might not be the best idea but it made him think about it and he stoped. He went on to college and they ended up in the marines....(not saying armed forces are bad just sayin)

my friend was addiced to this stuff for about 2 years, almost killed himself everyday, hes just finished rehab, took a year to undo the damage.... yeaaaaa

i was taking oxy every 2-3 hours for two weeks straight after a surgery because vicodin wouldnt help and i couldnt keep getting morphine shots. if i didnt have it then im sure the experience would have been unbearable for me. after 2 weeks i was able to stop immediately and did not feel the need to take more at all. i really dont think addiction is as easy as people say it is. that said, there are definitely people in the world who are fucked up because of oxy.

Oxycodone is no worse then fent, opana, diliduid etc. They are all potent Drugs that all act on your MU receptors.

Please show me something pier reviewed that backs up your claims, since im calling bull shit.

And OCs are not abusable anymore, they are now called OP since they use a polymer that has OC in it, and gels up and you cant defeat the time release so it is a pointless drug now/

You are an idiot, go look at the active ingredients in oxycontin ( It is oxycodone ) it is the same as percs except it doesnt have apap. And pers olnly have 5mg 7.5mg or 10mg of oxy while OCs have 20 30 60 80 etc
