i took the summer off NS, but with school starting and my boredom increasing ive been on here more.  This has lead me to buy a new pair of JJ's and possibly alpha 1s this week.  dohh...

yea that's a side effect of ns, that along with a rapid decline in grades, hours and hours spent in front of the computer, and a general loss of brain cells

i end up skiing over the summer and the day i get back i start waiting for ski season so as a remedy i buy tons of ski gear and wait for that to come

This was my first summer drinking so skiing has been a constant but not incredibly powerful force in my head for the last while. Kinda took a back seat. Once fall strikes and movie premieres come around I will be jittery as hell about skiing.

same i probably only spent 3-4 hours on hear the whole summer, but with school starting im on all the time. i also just bought a ton of shit and spent like 200 bucks on a bunch of deals. wat evs. its worth it when its winter.

Me too, i usually work out or get out running or something just for the endorfins so that i can chill out a bit about it (yes, it works as a temporary solution), but now i´m ill so i can´t even do that (!).

certain songs just give me that feeling of driving up to the mountain, riding the lift of just skiing and i get all hyped.  usually once school starts my summer life goes away and i take my late summer/fall visits to mt snow the stoke really sets

Same. Certain songs will get me all nostalgic. Today was the first day of really cool weather hinting at the fall and I took my new ski jacket out and just stared at it.
