Has anyone else had their account hacked?What did you do to get it back?
Mine got hackd like a week ago I have talked to microsoft they said there working on it but i heard they dont always give it back to you.

Any help is appreciated i want mine back and at this point i will give out my gamertag cause its already gone it is xTHE12REMEMBERx and i just put a year membership in it. Im so pissed right now please help me NS/

just give them all the info u can. my friends got hacked and about a month later he got it back and they gave him his month of lost membership back. if they cant get it back they told him they would replace his membership on a new accound for free. all 1 year of it. just be patient and make a new one with a free 1 month of ur xbox for the time being.

yeah but i heard you dont always get it back and im not sure if they will give it back to me cause me being an idiot i put my live id in a site for free ms points and i dont know if they will cover that

sorry for the double post but yeah i hope i get mine back and thanks

and it isnt about the money they get all your info like your address full name and they remove all your friends and you have to make a new account get all your friends back you lose your gamerscore and level on the gams you play.. you bascilly start from the beggining again and it might not annoy you but it pisses me off cause i just spent $50 for a year memebership like 2 weeks ago so he got basiclly a year and 50 dollars that i am pretty mad about and for me my level is 55 no prestige with all golden guns and challenges done
