EC Headwear-how legit?

So, i order two tees off ec headwear about 2 and a half weeks ago.  the shipping said 2-7 days,and i still haven't gotten them. so i emailed the company owner, and have gotten no response. it was paypal so my guess is he just took the money.  I've ordered things off there before and gotten them with no problems, i was thinking maybe since its summer and they're in between getting new 2010 shizz they might just be short help so maybe i should just give them the benefit of the doubt and wait? has anyone else had any trouble with this site before?

Matty is a busy guy. Just send him a pm reminding him about your order and he will send it out. The same thing happened to me but no worries it will get to you. It's well worth it, EC is super legit.

ec  is awesome. i got  a beanie and it fits perfectly under almost any helmet. not to tall, but not incredibly short. you should definatly check them out.

yea ive had problems with shipping but i blame it on living in Qc. the shipping is shit here. at least i got my money back.

yeah, they are legit, mattyb basically runs it all by himself so it's hard to get everything out on time, it'll get there and you'll probably get some cool stickers or something with it. That's what happened to a friend of mine.

yeah this has happened to me too... i ordered a hat from them a month before christmas last year and of course they said it would be on time.. blah blah. so it didnt come at Christmas, i waited &waited then in like  january i emailed them, no response. sent another email a week later, no response, another email. and i finally got a response... they said they had no clue i made an order but my card had been charged and all that so they got my order... i went back a few months in my emails and i found my comformation number and they said sorry and that my order had just gotten lost. well the hat was a gift for my boyfriend.. the hat came in like april and we werent even daiting anymore by then haha. but yeah i would just keep on emailing them. i doubt they would do it on purpose, just a mistake.

this is my 1000th post so i hate to callout mattyb but i am pissed of about whats happened.

so heres the story,
me and my friend decided to make one order together so that we each didn't have to pay 17$ for shipping. so i made up the order with and then payed it with my dad (he has the paypal account) and we payed so it ended up the order was a total of 131$ which the payment was made via papyal as required. we made this order back on may 11 2009 and it is now september 1 2009 and i still have not recieved any shipment from ec headwear. i pm'd mattyb asking for a tracking number and whenever i do he asked for the name used to order, so i give it and he says he will get back to me with it. i wait some time because i understand he is busy. when i ask for a update and if he has the number he asked for the name used to order again.

So i finally said that my order has not come what so ever, a day later my dad recieves a email (through paypal) from him saying the shipment has been resent. this was the second or third second week of july i believe and its september and i still have recieved jack squat.

It may be the shipping company but he could have sent a pm with the tracking number like i asked a couple times.

I am starting to get mad but, i just want what i ordered or my money back, and my parents aren't happy to have the money sent without any merchandise showing up at the door.

so it may be legit for some people but i have not had a good purchase.

i was given a tracking number and notified that my stuff was sent via US Postal. Took about two weeks to get to Montreal.

Orders within the day or so will go out, just a little mixed up with the Holidays and traveling around. I packed stock of products in my car to try to get every order out that I can. Paypal should send out a confirmation that the order was shipped, but sometimes it seems that they don't arrive. I'm working as hard as I can this holiday weekend, but everything should be all together by the end of the week.

i know it has been said before multiple times in this thread, but just as a reassurance..

i've ordered things several times from EC, and they are extremely legit.  i got everything within 7 days.  ec is a great company: continue to give them business!

I ordered almost a month ago, got tracking code and I thought it had been shipped. Nothing has happened, on the post website it says that the package has only been notified. So it hasnt been shipped. I have sent atleast 3 mails and 1 pm to mattyb without any answer.

I know you are legit and propably just missed something. But if you read this please send it as soon as possible!

yeah the same thing happened to me, i got a confirm like over 2 weeks ago saying my stuff had shipped, but when i put the tracking number in it says theyve been notified but it hasnt shipped. Does anyone know what this means?

They've been super legit to me. I ordered a pair of glasses form them. I got a free hat (same color as the glasses) with them and the ordered shipped right on time.

People please be sure to have information correct before you post within threads. It has only been 11 days since this person placed thier order making it 10 days since it has been shipped, and it's going to Finland. Please remember that shipping from the US to other countries can take upto 1-3 weeks depending on going through customs.

If you have recieved an email about shipping that means a shipping label has been printed and the order was shipped. Things happen through the mail, and its almost impossible for the 100+ orders a week for 1-2 to be messed up.

ordered the flat brim and i took a while to get here, out of stock in blue so i had to go with the brown, when it comes to my door its blue... soo legit and i didnt mind waiting a little longer for the color i liked
