Replying to Delinquent kid

long story short some of my freinds and i have known this kid for a while and hes a really shady kind of guy. steals stuff all the time, even went into my freinds house while they were away on vaca. and stole wine. and other things of that nature

aanyyway my dad was gone for about 5 days on business and we were at my house doin whatever and i had to leave in the morning for football, they said they'd leave as soon as they got up, whatever i believed them. I get home from fball and i find this kid still at my house. i was skeptical as hell about anything being stolen but im a pretty easy going guy so i didnt think he would do that to me. I was wrong. I come to find out today that he took a shower in my house ( im not really cool with that ) rummaged through all of my dads stuff and stole some pills of his. and on top of that he stole about a fifth worth of pretty nice alcohol that i have gathered up. I am so fucking pissed its unreal and kicking the shit out of this kid would be no problem whatsoever.

How should i go about confronting him? I know I will, but in what mannar should I do so...  I can either talk to him get in his face and all that or i can talk to him get in his face and kick the shit out of him. What should i consider my best choices being...
