Level 1 "Refresh" Screening in Portland

Hey Everyone,

I'm considering doing some promotion for Level 1 to do a screening in Portland for "Refresh" on the big screen.  Just wanted to get some feedback from people here on their level of interest in attending the event.  It would most likely be at a medium size theatre with the greater Portland area.  In my opinion, people only think Mt. Hood for T-Lines Summer Skiing and I'd to try to get Oregon some recognition in the ski world, and this would be something to put us on the map.  Tell me your thoughts!!

Right on fellas, I've been on this website for a bit, but never really posted anything before today.  Do you think that there are enough peeps interested in the seeing the film on a big screen to fill a venue that has 620 people.  I know the park/jib scene is decent in Portland/Hood, but how many people are we really talking about?  I'm in the intial stages of talking to them about getting a show here in Portland, but don't want to bit off more than chew if the people just aren't there to fill the venue.  People on this board certainly know the scene better than me...all comments encouraged and requested.

Thanks for feedback everyone.  I look forward to meeting some of you and will be sure to update with the time, date, and location of the premier.  I'm also considering having an after party somewhere in Portland, it most likely would need to be an over 21 venue.  Let me know if the "over 21" clause doesn't work for you? 

I might know some of you in a round da bout way, did any of you ever hang out last winter at the place where Kate Lovelace lived in Govvy?

yep, it's going to happen.  Don't have the exact date and time yet.  It will probably be in the early to mid November.  I'm working on getting the details ironed out and looking for the right venue...I can tell you with the utmost certainty that it will be in the Portland metropolitan area.  It's going to be an awesome time, spread the word to anyone who you think would be interested and I'll have details soon!!!
