Has anyone here read "The Collector" by John Fowles? It relates the this because its a story about this guy who kidnaps a 20 year old girl and keeps her captive. Its a really creepy book though not just because of the kidnapping but because the guy was really normal, he just had an obsession with collecting things he liked and he stalked this girl until he kidnapped her. I feel so bad for the mom and kids especially after reading that book, it shows how being held like that is hell, I couldnt imagine it for 18 years, and with a crazy fanatic like that too.

+++vibes to her and her kids, I hope they are able to live a somewhat normal life after this

If we had a legal system that allowed torture I think a lot less of this messed up stuff would happen...if you do something sick and twisted to someone else you get something sick and twisted done to you...would make a lot of crazies hopefully think twice about what they are doing...although some people like this guy think they are somehow doing something good and thats just fucked up....sickening and scary

Agreed. He'll have to go through the whole legal and court process, but I hope he gets put away for a long time. I'm sure a jury would agree to put him on life without parole or death row. Until then, I think we should all keep that girl and her kids in our thoughts and prayers, ++ vibes.

they should use a spoon to cut off one of his nuts and make him eat it, then pull out his intestines and shove them as far up his ass as they can go, then shoot him in the knee with a cannon, then bukake his face, then cut a whole in his head, big enough so he can live from it, and shove his dick (which must be cut off via door hinge) all the way into it, then cut open his stomache and throw it ass his face.

thank god for turning a person into some fucked up weirdo that thinks he can talk to god through a magical box and rape women in his backyard. im so amazed how someone so religious can turn around and do something like this.

I'm pretty positive that he's going to serve life without parole. No death sentance - least not here in California.

However, the Pittsburg (It's the adjacent town to Antioch, and NO H) police sent out detectives to see if they could find evidence connecting him to the deaths of some prostitutes in the area back in 1999. The guy fits the description given by some witnesses from what I understand, however.. I'm not sure if they have found any leads yet.

If it's found that he did that, then by all means... send him to the fucking RANCOR...

It's made INTERNATIONAL NEWS... I checked yesterday or the day before and it was the biggest story on the BBC's website... I bet they're talking about it in every english speaking country... And i'm SURE they're talking about it in Austria, where this same sorta shit happened there a few years ago...
