Begin to initiate the spin here, while still holding the butter:

And hold the spin the whole time you are in the air and you can hold the butter a little bit in the air to get a little more inverted, but if you go too much he cant land. (Add some safetys, or double noses for optimum steeze) The butter allows him to be on different axis depending on which way hes facing. if you try a 5 he cant land.
