buying d&g and etc is like 250+ $$ and you can get equally good lense quality at around 100$ by buying oakleys, spy, electric, anon & etc. i feel also that buying a more sports oriented company you can rely on it not breaking so quickly.

no they aren't the same, d&g is a slightly more casual line and it's also cheaper.
