Line Remote Pack

im looking to have it as a school/ ski backpack but i dont want it to be big. i only carry like 5 folder, 1 5 subject notebook, and like 1 or 2 class books. i want it so that basically i dont have too much left over room and so i dont look like a clown in school with a big backpack. i have the line surge, and that is wayy too big for me. so what im asking is, how big is it. how big is it compared to a northface (ex. recon, surge)

Lucky.  I have to carry like 3 binders this year.  All of my teachers hate notebooks.

haha, well we are "supposed" to have binders, but they just take up room. if your organized, you can use folders and everything will work out. its just a matter of organization.

I'm sorry but I laughed real good from that. 3 binders is like child's play, at my school we carry 6 binders and 2 textbook on average, but it seems like I'm the only smart one there(cocky right?) and just used folders instead.  Folders FTW

I have last years so i dont know if its the same as this years, but its a perfect backpack for school it can fit probably four binders without looking all puffy and ridiculous.  The only down side is there isnt really a pocket for pens and stuff but i just use the first big pocket and it works.

i use mine for school and alternate with my other pack which is a dakine mission so thats all i have to compare to. the line pack is much smaller and not nearly as nice. i only carry spirals and the most i ever carry at a time is 2 so ive never had a problem with the size

mine has a fuckload of straps that i just ended up cutting off cause they looked rather queer. the backpack is shredded now after 3 years of use too. IMO not the best school pack.
