first off your wrong on the terms. homicide is murder. suicide is killing your self

and what its looking like is that there is a search warrant for his personal doctor and its shaping up to be/if not already a murder case.

you're an idiot. it's not a suicide if he was prescribed more than he could actually take.

think it's a little odd his toxicology report took forever to come out, when we knew Billy Mays OD'ed on coke just a couple weeks later? heads are going to roll over Jackson's death... they're just taking their time putting all the pieces together.

there was no reason for him to even be taking that drug in the first place.  Im sure he was paying to doctor some rediculous sum of money so when he was freaking out begging for something to help him sleep the doctor made the terrible judgement to give him something he never should have had at all.  One account i heard from a doctor is that the anesthetic he was given would put him to sleep but essentially provide none of the benefits to the body of actual sleep.  One more reason the doctor fucked up.  He'll never practice medicine again and there is a good chance he'll be charged.  Question is, what will a jury think.
