I was about to order a tv so i could play call of duty waw, because its such a great game and skiing is limited to hiking shit right now, and then i saw this thread and your specific post. I decided to share some of my enlightened knowledge with you. Sadly I have to spell everything out because your posts lead me to assume that without "logic" you can't really comprehend simple experiential realities. So be thankful that one of my twenty or so posts on this site may help eventually change your rational, thought based reality into something far more meaningful.. sit back and soak it all in:

Science is  a further step on the evolutionary continuum of mankind's institutionally induced self destruction. It is merely a more advanced type of religion, with its own gods and worship. When the facade is stripped away, the same sinister and nefarious attitudes and implications become evident. Furthermore, the ability of scientific dogma to pollute and disturb the psyches of the masses already rivals that of certain religious institutions, especially those of Medieval Christian Europe. It is quite ironic too that the institution of religion at least provided hope and comfort to its adherents, while science offers us nothing but emptiness, fear, worry and meaninglessness.

Human faculties of thought or reason are limited severely in their comprehension and "description" of reality. Experience of reality however can be perfect. The inadequacies of our reasoning faculty are so severe that they have been hindering our naturally intended experiential and adventurous natures for several thousands of years at least.

So don't humor us with your call to a higher power "science". It is not a description of reality in any meaningful way related to what the thread starter is talking about and when it is believe me that it is no longer the kind of science which you are referring to. And NO, we should not be able to describe the whole thing.

Saying that reasoning is dense is an oxymoron, as the more reasoning one uses the more dense it becomes. Everything can be explained  quite quickly but for the ignorant, we have to spell it out in steps. The irony is that by the time the steps are done, the ignorant have already stopped reading or have read and try to call you out for using "big words". I call it being appropriately concise when I am forced to describe realities to someone who can't understand them without "logic". So what I am saying is that I had to make this post extremely long because you probably would not simply understand it if I told you that :

"Science leads to plenty of delusions as religion does"/"Science poisons and upsets weak minds just as religion does, and furthermore doesn't have the courtesy to console them in some way as religion does". Religion>science for ignorant people's purposes..science and religion are merely limited tools for enlightened persons and are quite imperfect. These are tools for the enlightened, who realize their limitations. They are tools for the epicly criminal types who seek to use science, religion and fantasy and other such thought derived institutional travestiesto manipulate the simple and ignorant.

Oh yeah and occam's razor is just the same crap I was referring to. A complex and useless product of our reasoning which makes us feel that reasoning/science is just so superior. aka useless, circular self delusion.
