130 E.P pros 186, right size?????? +++KARMA

I am 5ft 6 and have normally used short 160-170 park skis for all my skiing, I am able to buy some 186 130 e.p pro's, are these a bit too big for me? has anyone else my size used skis like this?

depends on what you want to do with them in powder,

if you are bombing and straight up charging then they should be good,

but for jibbing around in trees probably a little long.

But then again if your going to keep growing,

I would go for them.

I agree, seems slightly big, but you'll grow into them (most likely before the end of the season)

haha, well if thats the case, get in the gym.

but really, u should be fine. that ski is so retarded soft a midget could ski it. just dont expect to use it as a hard snow carver, thats where ur height and weight will give u some issue, tipping that sucker onto edge wont be the most fun thing ever

If your 5 6 and are skiing park 186 is way to big i would stick to a 176 or something like that

I second this. at 5-6, you will not have a fun time in the park on EPs, if you get them just for pow, they might work, but I would get the 169 Bents if I were you, (they measure to about 175). That would do fine in park and pow. Not as soft, but a more manageable size for you.

i was 5 6 at the beggining of last season and rode 169 bents every day, i am now 5 11 so they got tooo short haha.

haha.  I got 169 Bents middle of last season, they are like as tall as me now and I am 5'6"ish.  I am supposed to grow a ton this season too.  Ride them this year, potentially sell them, or keep them for learning shit in powder as they will be easier to throw around than an EP or bigger Bent.
