I thought I read/heard that he's now got a full-time office gig with 4frnt.  I wanna say it was marketing, or some sort of managerial ish.

Maybe on a Berman interview about Refresh?  I think someone asked why Steele wasn't in this years flick, and he gave that answer.

I think it's called the Click! now. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't start changing their signature series over to the Identity series for the skiers that aren't very prominent any more (ie all but EHP)

Steele was brought on originally as a part owner if my memory serves me correctly, as well as Vincent. This was the way that Sterbenz started 4frnt. Now that he is not in movies anymore, he has continued with the behind the scenes stuff at 4frnt as part owner.

He's been judging a lot. Wasn't he even a judge at Sochi? Pretty sure he's still heavily involved in skiing

He had some shots in Turbo which came out in '08. After that he's been a AFP competition judge to this day I believe
