Streching tees

can i get some help streching tees
all i do is splash it with water then iron it
is this the only way or is there a better way

step on the bottom of it, put it on a clothes hanger and pull real hard on the shoulders so u dont stretch out the neck

wash it, then just stretch it and let it dry in that position. make sure its wet.

my friend was trying to explain to me something about putting shirts in vinegar and then in the microwave.
