I'd say go for it. On my urban Chronics, I had shitty old Marker bindings...
...the thing is, you need to assess whether its worth putting them on your skis. Remember, if they break, you've wasted a mount on the skis. Have the shop you get them mounted at assess that.
The other thing is, the shop you get them mounted at may not mount them due to their age. The spring inside the binding has a certain lifetime, used or not, and at a certain point, it gets "too old" for some shops to mount it - they worry about the legality of it. You can usually find a shop that will do it for you.
As for the jig, just have the shop tell you that. If not you can find someone to handmount them for you - they are summer skis, admittedly. Just make sure they do a good job.
