i ordered a size L in the purple on the 19th, over the next two days i had received a shipping confirmation from both UPS and Saga themselves. then last night, i received an e-mail from saga saying my order was cancelled because it was out of stock. i thought this was very weird seeing as i had gotten a confirmation that it was shipped. Saga then offered a discount coupon and said

"We have the XL if you would like that, let me know"

i sent back an email saying i would gladly take the XL version. i thought i had to let him know as directed. then they responded with an email basically saying buy it myself, and by the time they sent the email to me, the XL's were already gone. i just feel like i got roasted. they told me specifically to tell them if i wanted the XL version so they could impose the previously promised discount coupon. and upon doing that, i lost my chance to order. now they only have XXL and XXXL which are far too big for me (im only 5'7" haha).

anyway that is my ordeal which has me very aggravated with the company. it will be interesting to see if they do anything to fix the issue, but for now id like to be able to find one on NS.

Similar thing happened to me. They sent me a refund for a suppliers hood and said I was just out of luck. They told me to hit them up and they'd send me a discount code. Not too upset with them. Just sucks.
