Word of advice. Just poke around the other forums next time. Don't search and then pop right to NSG to post about it. This conversation has been all over ski gabber and site discussion for weeks.
Our search engine kinda sucks. So the best way to circumvent reposting is to just look around for a while.
i like the old one because you have to think about it if youve never seen it before. its not just right out there like new NS one which is clearly seen.
Some like classic some like new... for a while we're going to have both available on everything.
The new logo is a lot cleaner. It takes a while to get used to, as all logo changes do. Its actually a massive process to change a logo, and the strength of one is its ability to last through the years.
We've been experimenting with this one in all sorts of places, and I truly believe that it looks a lot better. You should see the shirts in real life with the new one vs. the old... the new one just looks way cooler and more pro.
Give it time... change is good! Its nice to freshen things up a bit once in a while... I mean hey lots of ski companies change their logo every couple of years. They freshen up the graphics, and the look.
We've got a nice graphical upgrade coming as well, and I think the new logo will make more sense once you guys see all the upgrades building around it.
I like how everyone is saying it looks like an elephant after I said it in the original thread haha. I like it and I will be buying stickers once I know my dorm address.
Seems like a massive waste of resources to me. Most companies only change their logo (logo, not things like script on a t shirt) if they're rebranding. A logo change usually isn't something done just because you want a new look
