Crowbars?

ok so i remember seeing a long time ago a crowbar guide that showed you how to take apart crowbars? i dont feel like searching endlessly for it and i searchbarred it and couldnt find it so does someone wanna point it out to me?

pull the outriggers off, push the goggle strap piece through the back of the outrigger then angle it horizontally and push it back through...it's really easy, almost as easy as using the searchbar.
