-Systematically shut down every US base on foreign soil.
-Immediately stop the "war on drugs".
-Cease all government hand outs.
-With all the money saved from the military I would fund the shit out of NASA
-Put a high speed rail lines line connecting every metropolitan area in the country.  Kind of like the interstate system.  With all the military home, all of the homeless, and all of the people who no longer rely on the government for handouts it might be possible to build it and virtually eliminate homelessness and unemployment.
-Literally build walls along the mexican and canadian border.
-Public education would have nation wide standards in Math and English
-The federal reserve would be shut down.

and finally I would take a tour of Area 51 haha

Why would you build a wall on the canadian border? We are not all racing to get into the states, most of us are quite happy here.

Good luck immediatly stopping the war on drugs, its out of the governments hands.

For what? we can't go fast enough to get anywhere good. If there's other life out there they'll drop by, then we'll either end up dead or jack their technology.

Why? If people need to travel they can drive their own cars, on the interstate system you mentioned, or fly. I don't think there's enough interstate commerce to justify a project of that scope. It would cost too much to link all the citys just for vacations and shit.

I'm all for this on the Mexico side, with chloroform paintball sentry's(motion censored guns), and body collection Roombas. (marginally pay for the wall by selling people back to Mexico). I think we can trust Canada, or at least let the current system fly until they start causing us problems.

Public education needs to end at 8th grade. Aside from being disgustingly socialist it's a waste of money. Academically inclined students and family can continue with higher education, everyone else can join the work force or turn to crime leading to jail, which gets them off the streets. In jail they can work down their sentences by jail house work.

The same "let them turn to crime" ideology will also apply when the war on drugs is stopped, let people get as fucked up as they want until they start committing crimes. This will also apply to DUI's. No more minority report future crime bullshit.

create a law which required all women that turned 18 to report to various places in each state. if rated above a 6, these women would be required to walk around topless. if rated above an 8, required to walk around fully nude and if rated a perfect 10 required to suck mah dick.

i would fly up in air force 1 all the time, and cut taxes to everyone and small business, but raise taxes for huge companies like walmart and mcdonalds... AND, make all government employees work for the avg. american salary, and stop bs funding!

second. are you just going to snap your fingers and college will be cheaper?

third. is the extra money employers will need to pay some of their employees more coming out of your ass? or is there a money tree you plan to pick it off? if so let me know where this tree is, i could use some extra cash to pay for college tuition.

First off, you guys are overestimating the power that the president has. The president cannot pass a law. The president can sign bills into law. That's about it. He can propose laws to Congress, but he cannot singlehandedly pass them into law.

That said, I would decrease the amount of government red tape ski areas and other businesses running on National Forest land would have to go through to expand their operations.

I would also work to end the US's addiction to foreign oil by creating incentives for electric cars (i.e. Chevy Volt) and other zero-emissions vehicles (ZEVs). The goal would be to make every new car produced, built and sold in the United States a ZEV by 2060. As part of this, I'd also work to usher out coal, oil and other heavily emitting power plants by the same year (2060) in favor of nuclear, geothermal, hydroelectric and wind power. Finally, I'd create incentives for private companies to develop other renewable energy solutions (i.e. solar panels on the moon w/ microwave back to Earth). That way, the government is only establishing the framework for change while allowing free enterprisers to cash in on a potentially lucrative business.
