Updating the downloads section

it would be nice if ns could update the downloads section with all the backgrounds

I'm bumping this to ask some admins.

Is the reason you don't update the section because you have to wait on the permission from the owner of the photo? Because I'd totally understand that. I'm just bummed that every time this subject is brought up, someone say's they'll work on it within the week or something and it never happens.
