Room for rent in Ranchlands

Hey all, just have some rooms for rent for students or skiers in Calgary are. Located in Ranchlands in the NW there is a 3 Story town house. 2 rooms available immediately or for 1st of Sept.  Shared accommodations in a recently renovated town house. I shared parking stall and street parking 50 feet from back step. Buses to Dalhousie train and Crowfoot. Two rooms. one is 14 x 10 and rents for 450 a month and the other is roughly 9 x 9 and rents for 400. Message me for further details and  I will answers any of your questions. Room A: $400 Approx 9 x 9

Room B: $450 Approx 11 x 14

Description.

Upper Level: 3 Bedrooms with one shared bath. Hallway Closet for some small extra storage.

Main Level: Kitchen, Dinning area, Living Room, half bath (Sink and toilet) and back door entrance to back yard and 100 feet from nearest bus stop to take you to Dalhousie Station or Crowfoot Crossing.

Lower Level: Bedroom with attached bath, Laundry room, rec. area.

The townhouse has one available parking stall shared by the tenants and street parking is available.
