I was gona buy saga this season but after reading this im almost scared to cause they say they start shipping nov 30 but it takes 2 months to get to me there goes like half the season anyone think that problem will happen again?
Yes. Before posting something like this it is a good idea to contact the company thorugh several channels. Next time send them and email, call them if you can, and message them on NS. The problem with posting something like this is you potentially just destroyed some of their customer base.
With that being said, I still hope that you get your shirt, I would be quite pissed as well.

my dad owned and operated a white water outfitting company and maravia rafts for 20 years, he always stuck by the notion that your customer is the most important thing to your company and he always made sure him and his employees treated the customer as such. Im sick of ski companies being able to get away with shit customer service just because '"theyre dope" and have "cool" pros on their shit. IT DOESNT FUCKIN MATTER. If you want to operate a legitamite business then you need to act professionally in every aspect of the company (manufacturing, customer service, etc.). There cannnot be a case here or there where there is a mistake; if you want to charge people top dollar then start acting professional in every single action and customer interaction. Customers should not have to attempt to contact you in multiple different facets let alone on a fucking networking site (NS). They should have to make one attempt at communication (email, phone call/voice mail) and then there should be a response from the company in a timely, professional manner (ie. asap). Why you may ask? Thats where NS comes in- COMPANIES NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for good service and for bad. If ski companies were held more accountable for shitty service then there would be less and less of a problem because they would be concerned about loosing their customer base and developing a bad reputation. Its absolute BULLSHIT that NS lets so many "mistakes" slide from companies just because they are cool and a part of the ski industry. This shit would never slide in any other market.

Yes I agree with what you are saying, but as I mentioned above, I think you should try more than one way of contacting them before posting this. Pick up your phone and call them. If they don't answer then you leave a message. If they don't call you back then you call them again and leave another message. You don't email a company once and then post something like this because they didn't email you back because they get hundreds of emails each day and sometimes emails get misplaced or forgotten. This is just my two cents coming from the business side vs. the customer side, you don't have to agree with me.
Here is their phone number, I suggest you call them and find out where your t-shirt is: 801-803-9111
Good Luck.
well i emailed them and they responded in 5 days (over the weekend).
you really need a good reason and write this reason in the subject very exactely so they respond quicker if it's not a "i'm 5'10 shall i take XL" problem.
