Replying to Saga outerwear- not great service

ok so i ordered a saga tee on july 19th. after about 2 weeks had passed, it sill hadnt arrived. i emailed them, just to check on the status of the order. no answer. the third week passed and it still didnt come, so i emailed them again, and no answer. its now been a month since i ordered and it still hasnt come. whats going on? theyve been updating their site and everything so its not like they arent around... they dont respond to any of my emails. i just want my shirt to come at this point, and i know this happened to people last year with their outerwear. does anyone know whats going on, or is this happening to anyone else?
