Hey guys, getboards is really working hard to turn around the company. The BBB grade is now a B+, the customer satisfaction has really gone up, the inventory problems have gone down and the site keeps improving. I work 5 days a week 8 hours a day answering emails, returning messages, taking phone calls, talking to everyone on live help and making sure that the customers are first. We are not trying to be deceptive or tricksy, I honestly don't know what the deal is with the salomon link because when i clicked it, it came back to NS. Another thing that you guys might be interested in, we added a new browsing page on the site, it's only in the testing stages now but if you like it then we'll add it to all of the products, now instead of having to click the product name to see the picture then click back to browse, we've put all of the photos on one page that link to the product so if you like a shirt, you can look at the rest of the info, it's easier to browse, more fun to shop and super easy to compare each product.
