Replying to Failed Drivers test

i failed my drivers test for a dumbass reason. I was at a stop light making a left turn. I was in the turn lane and it was a yield to oncoming traffic on blinking yellow. So I get the blinking yellow and there is one car across the street coming towards me. I yield to him and then go. I get back to the DMV and find out I failed because there was a car down the street appraoching the stoplight when I went. I saw this car and went because there was plenty of time and the car didnt even have to slow down. So basically the bitch failed me over that. Now I have to go back in 2 weeks to try again. I hope I get a guy next time because I heard women will fail guys so easily. Anybody else fail their drivers test on the first try?
