Just got mine in the mail yesterday, stoked! Im going to get a wide angle (probably the Raynox 660 or whatever) and most likely a manual focus ring. Im also considering a 35 mm adaptor and possibly DIY hood. I just ordered a filter kit with a ND, UV, and circular polarizer this morning.

I'll post pictures later on but my setup now includes:

HV30 (obviously)
Filter kit, the circular polarizer helps with exposure SO much
Sony tripod
DIY $14 steadycam
DIY focus wheel
Raynox 660 wide angle lense

Im hoping to add a Rode videomic or similar mic and a telephoto adaptor.

I am super broke right now but want a tele adaptor to take into the backcountry in two weeks to film some elk bugling (hopefully) and was wondering if anyone knew anything about this adaptor?

Focus wheel, I broke the mount last weekend now duct tape holds it together. I hold it on with the quick release from my tripod.
