The muscles in your shin might just be sore, it's most likely that you would not get a shin splint from one day. But, if they are really killing you, fill up 2 paper cups with water and put them in your freezer. Once they are frozen, rub it up and down your shins and it will help the pain to subside. It may take a few days, but atleast your shins will feel better.

I think its pretty hard not to get some shin pain from butters. I mean in snoboarding its more natural cause they obviously are locked in differently. Bindings on snoboards as we all know give boarders the opptunity to flex there board a lot more. But if you butter all day I dont see how it is possible to not feel some pain. Oh well, its just something your gonna have to deal with-just keep icing those shins - either that or stop doing it all together.
Keep, Keep on truckin' Yeah...Good Stuff
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

If you have shin splints, you need too strengthen your shins. Put your heel on the floor and raise your toes repeatedly. After a little bit you should feel a little burn ect. This should stretch them out a bit too.
please pass the salt
