If he ever gets old......

The ice breaks on his friend who is there helping him, next thing you know you have two victims in the water with no real sign of help near by, except on top of the bridge.

Now I see...they have an advanced rescue tool known as a "stick", judging by the stick here, there isn't a safety crew, or a bunch of people here to help if shit goes wrong.

By the time help arrives who knows? Couple fingers or toes amputated from hypothermia........

I seen his flip in the movie Turbo or whatever it was. Yeah all he needs is a rock not where it should be and hes only going to be paralyzed for the rest of his life.

Talking about "remember how I used to be able to shit without having a nurse wipe my ass?"

MEANWHILE I am paying taxes so that when they haul him in to the emergency room I can pay for his stupidity.

If he dies, he went out like a bad ass and enjoyed life up until the last second. He wouldn't spend the next 40-50 years of his life slaving away from 9-5. To be straight up honest, I don't want die, but I don't want to spend 40 years of my life being a drone.

Thank god too. We dont all get our thrills putting ourselves in life threatening situations.

I mean shit getting buried in an avalanche will get your adrenaline pumping, make a great story too. Obviously the danger isnt in the same caliber, but nevertheless follows the same logic.

Point is ripping on people for having a greater regard for their own life and not needing to constantly thrill-seek  to lead a fufilling life is just stupid.

I would never in 11 million years want to do what Rory did, from my point of view its idiocy thrilling in the absolute wrong sort of way, but fuck its his life so he can do whatever he wishes with it. Hopefully he does consider his own life because even if he doesnt care much if he dies people close to him are going to feel it. I think its selfish.

Whatever though, pointless debate is pointless, not sure why I wrote that shit~

Last night i was with friends doing a 40 footer and it makes the worst sound ever when people hit the water. Rory's ice vid was higher i think, but still makes that killer slap from like 40 foot. Doesn't it fucking hurt at like 80 feet?? holy shit.

i gotta admit its almost as badass that he was swimming fully fucking clothed. if anyone here can think about a time when they jumped in the water even wearing fucking sneakers they know how hard it is to even tread water for a couple of seconds. add in the cold, the flip, the jump height...

all in all, im amazed, dont really agree with his thrill seeking, but am absolutely shocked at the perfect execution.
