Just had the best 30 minutes in a long time. It was raining, wind was blowing, and I was running 3 miles with sunset to my right and 4 rainbows to my left and it was cloudy and 8pm. It was a good day.

if my ROUGH calculations are correct you were running at an average speed of 12.0528 KM per hour. But that is a rough estimate depending on your stride length plus im hung over so could have screwed up...

Last time it rained where I lived was in June, that is odd too.  Usually we get one last small rain storm in May and then we are done.  You guys are lucky as fuck to have rain, today it was right around 100, which is nothing odd.  Yesterday we went down to the river and hit up a fun rope swing and the river felt so nice.
