Yea so what people's max's on here? I'm not gonna post mine right away... I guess it would be lucrative to add height and weight, since that shows how things are relative.

about 6'1'', 180lbs, and I can bench (roughly) my weight. I've never found a leg press machine I couldn't max out, but the biggest one I've ever seen only went up to 700lbs... I didn't have too much trouble with it though. My legs are tree trunks though, and my upper body isn't in as great shape, because I play hockey and ski and I don't work out. So the exercise is a little one-sided in favour of the legs there.

I am 5'10' 155lbs. I did some seriose weight training with supplememnts last semester. I could bench 245lbs. and only squat 225lbs. Now I kinda back off and I don't take supplements so my guess is my max's are way down. The only lifting I do now is my beer can to my mouth. and my skis in and out of my truck

5'10' 145lbs bench(200lbs). Bench is my strongest part of my workout. I never do squats or leg press. I focus on the upper body.

^^ Why do u only focus on your upper body that is kinda stupid!
Let's face it, no one posts anything serious on NS, and even if I wanted to, it would be answered by some not-so-clever variation of the following:
'You're gay', 'you suck', 'I fucked your mom last night', 'Eat shit', 'fuck you', or my favourite, 'I'm a better skier than you'. Jib_This

I can bench 110, squat 200 leg press 450. But I really don't care, casue my mile time is like 5:40 and my forty time is 4.7, and I can hike for hours.

I dont know, about how much does your mom weigh?
I have a theory that all retards have one long tendon that goes from wrist to wrist, so therefore that is why they always are screwin around with one wrist up, and the other one down.
