they may not be emo, but it is some of the wimpiest, cry-baby music i've ever heard. Te each, his own, i suppose. Be for-warned, you just might have a vagina after listening to them.

Dallas Green isnt actually that bad.  Yes some of his solo songs are a bit wimpy and girl(ish)?..but then some of then are actually really good and well written.  "Waiting" and "Sleeping Sickness" are really good songs by him.  Anyways if you think he's a pussy, he is in Alexisonfire which is a sick rock band.

I loved their first 2 albums, but it seems like their album quality has declined in relation to their mainstream exposure.

crisis was OK, but its singles were raped by the radio, and now I get a little sick to my stomach when I hear boiled frogs.

I haven't listend to Old Crows Young Cardinals or whatever its called... but if the first single is any indication of the album quality I think I'll skip it and throw on "Watch Out" instead.

Alexisonfire came to my school and played a show with Johnny Trufant (intense English hardcore band), and while they did put on a good show, playing mostly older songs with new twists, they lacked any real energy. I think the fame has gone to their heads.

Yeah I really enjoy their old stuff too.  Get Fighted and Accidents never gets old to me.  I enjoyed crisis but even though Boiled Frogs and For a Friend were great songs, they got overplayed on the radio.

Actually, Dallas is not the lead singer of Alexisonfire but rather George Peite. He provides the signature sound, which is screaming. I am not a big fan of Alexis however I do appreciate the music they make not to mention one of the band members is my cousin.
