F*CK whoever stole my bike

I just got my beloved bike stolen. I was a the bank when someone cut the lock and biked off with it. I have a DH bike to play with, but Im pretty depressed. I need some cheering up

not sure but can you say it was stolen from your house and claim it under your home owners insurance?

you should also check craigslist and the local newspaper to see if anyone tries to sell it.

This is key. Even if you do find it, and go to authorities most likely you won't get it back w.o this.

It wasn't incredibly clear in the OP but I think he said he had a DH bike. A good Downhill bike can run 3 grand or more. It would be worth it to file for it under homeonwers insurance.

Thanks for the support guys, the bike was old: 2003. It was stolen in a commercial area in the suburbs or Quebec city. I cant claim it because the bike present value is about 400-500$. My parents deductible is 500.  I know it will never be found, but if I caught the guy riding it, I will make him regret the day he crossed me.

i think that there was a kid here on NS a little while ago and he had is new Dumonts stolen, and then a few days leter he found the kid selling them on ebay.  so dont let up man on looking for it, and sorry about the bike, that sucks the big one.

lol on canada day some guy came behind my friend, kicked his long board out from behind him and the guys friend grabbed it and ran. we ran after him and they dropped it and bolted!

ye then you would loose 200.. insted of 300 which it would cost to buy back the bike... so you'd still end up savein $100 follow?
