I've been working in the kitchen of a restaurant for a while as a chef, and my parents want me to make something for them sometime. I really don't want to, but i figure if i'm going to i might as well make a kick ass dinner you know? what are some super outstanding dinner courses that someone could make really really good? i want to impress them if i'm gonna do it.
