Do I need a smaller ski?

So I am moving to Sun Valley in a few days. (my job is making me). I have always lived and skied in Colorado so I have the 08-09 Armada jj's. They were perfect for all season. Will I need maybe something smaller under foot for Sun Valley? How is the snow there? Maybe an Armada with 85 or so under foot?

im pretty sure sun valley gets some dope snow... you should be fine. Don't do anything till you test it out though, or get the opinion from someone who actually skis there

you might want to get a smaller ski yeah, well, i dunno how well you ski, but i wouldnt want a rockered ski every day.

id keep the jj for sure though

my all mountain ski is the volkl bridge and its great imo

Well either way I would def keep the jj's. I am a very good skier. Not all into the park. Just big mountain.

you probably want a ski more like the bridge or something then.

there are, unfortunately plenty of groomer days in the pnw.

since sun valley averages less than 200 inches of snow a year i would say yes something better for ripping some groomers wouldnt hurt to pick up
