Oh, sorry, those bitches hit bigger jumps than your hippy asses and they've got beat up knee scars and stuff. Next time I'll get some skinny NY models who puke bunch to stay that way.
Damn right you will. What were these girls thinking being good at skiing anyway. Girls' purpose is to be eye candy to adolescent boys on the interweb. This attempt at being good at sports, it's... It's scandalous! Outrageous! Audacious!
what is you guys talking about? those be bitchin hot legs for sure. illy that all the shred chicks is making their presence to be known! weeyooo, ill for sure be following this. get a whoopie pie fight or two going now
Um... advertising and spam are different things. Advertising promotes a company. If they're just promoting their own blog there's no rule against that. If they're promoting a company they're affiliated with they need an advertising agreement with NS. That's not the case so it's fine. Not to mention these are professional skiers so it stands to reason that kids in Ski Gabber might want to read said blog... I think you're just getting all worked up over nothing.
We pull threads by people regardless of the colour of their name if they're attempts to sell their company's product without an advertising agreement with the site... it's not rocket science buddy. This isn't advertising any more than it would be advertising for one of these girls to link to a magazine interview they did.
I guess that's the rule... I think in practice we go by a smell test. Most of the stuff that gets yanked is either clearly a company, ie ski company Y, or a kid selling something he just crocheted, someone who wants to start selling screenprinted t-shirts and posts a bunch of his ideas for people to comment on, stuff like that. Occasionally there are threads that fall into a grey area, like one of the martini bros doing marketing research via SG. Those we usually talk about in mod disc and decide whether to let them go.
Pshh.... What about people with bad ass TRs linking to their blog, should that be deleted? That is the same kind of idea. I agree though, most personal promotion on this site is annoying but some is appropriate. Stuff like this or smuggs, no_steeze, and and jake cast trs and even a lot of the videos people post are a good contribution to the site.
