What's going on with Saga. ?

I've ordered a jacket on their website and I only got the order confirmation e-mail... nothing else about shipping or anything... maybe Saga. can bring me an answer plz !

already done... and still no reply me

but, In her order, it's a Ivory jacket cause I could not order a Shitake due to a bug with my internet... so after I've talked with the person who care about orders at Saga. We change to a Shitake instead the Ivory one cause it's the same price !

but after that... nothin

They rarely answer the regular phone and the regular email is just a confidence builder, I think it is just on the website to show you they have multiple ways to contact them.  Send them a PM on here, they will reply back to it with a different email, that's what they did for me and my order got sorted out nice and quickly.  Here is the Saga. profile.  https://www.newschoolers.com/web/members/profile/member_id/72274/

That's the only issue I have with Saga, the customer service is iffy.  I also don't like Angus a whole lot, but that is irrelevant.

mine took about a week and all they did was let me know that it shipped, i was super stoked on it when it came though i love there shirts

Dude, you have nothing to worry about. I'm assuming your out of the US, so it'll take a bit to get over seas.  Their shipping is a little iffy at times, I ordered stickers and I messaged them like ten days later wondering if they shipped them yet, and got them like 2 days later so it was fine.

Correction: they hadn't sent the stickers yet, but they sent them on some lazer speed shipping and came like one or two days later

i can see why people get upset with saga but ive only delt with them once and that was 2 summers ago. i order the moss pants(L) and scuba jacket (L) but they only had had scuba pants and moss jackets. saga called me and made sure it was alright with me to switch the colors around from what i wanted. the guy on the phone was reall nice about everything. so i think people need to stop getting pissed at saga
