I believe his point, which is well taken, is that selling goggles yet to be released by using a stock picture that is in fact the third picture to come up when you Google "Simon Dumont Splice", is quite sketchy.  Even if I wanted those I sure as heck wouldn't buy them until I saw proof of you owning them.  Here's the google search for your info http://images.google.com/images?sourceid=navclient&rlz=1T4ADRA_enUS334US334&q=simon%20dumont%20splice&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi

Easy there bro.  I know you had such a bad experience and this guy may be, but you don't have proof yet. He could post a real picture and then you would feel bad.  Again, I do think this smells like scam, but let's not jump the gun.  But I would advise anyone against purchasing these, especially trading them until you have a seen a picture of the goggles next a piece of paper with his NS name.
