Im seconding this.

That looks like it took 5mins.

Nothing on that mixes together. Everything feels like its on its own. There needs to be more texture apart from a plain black background. Also the styles the main wording is in up top is pretty basic.

haha seriously dude? Your poster looks ok-ish, but it looks like it took you 10 minutes like someone else said.  Some of the ideas are cool (the pictures inside of the 4 is sick) but it looks like you just kinda crammed the wrighting to the side of that in there and hoped for the best. 

Anyone can learn more about any program, and if your trying to make an estetically appealing poster that will draw people in and want to see your stuff you should really try to get as much experience and outside know how as is absoultly possible.  Because to be honest that poster isnt exactly making me wanna go to your premier...sorry for the bluntness and horrid spelling and grammer of that post but you cant be closed minded to others opinions because with graffic design and video work its not your opinion of it as much as the viewers opinion that matters.  WOW i cant spell for shit today but im not gunna go back through it you get the idea

I'm not saying anything about your guys opinions, I really appreciate them, but this is what we sat down and put together. In MY opnion less is more, I'm no pro on the p-chop but I do what i can.

good point. i guess my reason for posting that book was for the OP to get more familiar with Other tools in photoshop besides filters and blending options..
