I enjoy free healthcare as well, it's nice but having experienced American healthcare as well, I would have to say American is better. I like Canada's for the fact it's free..and for a cheapass like me that means something. American is better service, better doctors. Just better care in general. I guess you get what you pay for..which in Canada..is nothing.
