Anyone need a cheap place to stay in Boston?

$100 dollars a week
$20 dollars a night

open till the end of august
i don't care about age.
if you need a place to just crash, chill, throw a party, or bang your girl or something this is it.
apartment has 2br, one is mine, kitchen, common room with dope home entertainment, bathroom.
party-friendly house equipped with ruit table, bong, big speakers, dj stuff, etc
Located 2 blocks from green b line
only about 2miles to prudential and harvard square

now you may be thinking "this offer is far to good to be true, hotels are 10x this amount why is he giving it up for so cheap?"  and the answer is, my room mate moved out and i want to help out some kids while making some scrilla at the same time.  I know how hard it is to throw parties and impress girls when you still live at home and have to deal with parents...

lastly, i'm not a creeper, i know mad kids on NS so if you need a reference or something don't be afraid to pm me about that or regarding any other questions. btw my names brad, I'm a student, and 19 years old.
