where is it on the binding?? cause i no theres a piece on the toe part that slides side to side to make it easyer for it to pop out when it needs 2 be

yeah its like sorta under the bindings i just bought some mike nick pro with look 7.0-maxplates on them and i don;t no what they do... shoul i take them off

i cant find the friggin Look bindings website... so i cant tell you exactly what they're for. im guessing they're some kind of riser plate thats meant to help you carve better and/or allow the ski to flex more than it would without the plate. goto your shop and ask them what its for and then decide from there whether you want it on or not.

yeah they are gay you dont need them. you can take them off you just have to go buy shorter screws.

it is just a riser plate if you take it off make sure you get smaller screws or your new skis will have dimples in the base
