Manhattan Beach?

On the top advertisments i just saw a picture of my home town manhattan beach which is in cali in the south bay area near LA.

What was the advertisment for? it was just a picture of the pier with a nice sunset. and nothing happened... is it just a picture to put at the top?

South bay?  LA is no where near South Bay.  Pretty sure Oakland is South Bay.  I know someone who used to live a few blocks away from Manhattan Beach though.
