not the colorful bars and tones, but im using premier pro and cannot figure out how to make a video be sort of cut into lines and moved around a bit like a tv trying to get reception. i know i cannot explain this for shit, but in turbo at the beginning of the hood park shoot its done too the music. also in the newer chris turpin edit whoever edited it did the same thing.
i cant find any preset effects or maybe I just dont know what im looking for. anyone know how to get it done? I also have after effects if needed.
