Im sure all of us have had this idea especially in the summer but I was wondering what everyone would be willing to pay (per visit, monthly, or yearly membership) for a completely dialed indoor jib park. Also think it would be cool to integrate a skate park and gear shop. Basically like the pharmacy for any Portland people only with a sick jib park and snow gear as well as skate gear.....
yeah like that only I just want feed back on what it would be worth to people to have a place like that or even how many people in utah use the jibyard at their rates.
id rather go skateboarding. itd be cheaper to build , and you dont got wear clawnky ol boots in the summertime and get sweaty feet!
and are you referring the the department of skateboarding? because that place looks like so much funnnn and i would certainly love to pay it a visit one of these days!
Yeah that's why I think something like jibyard really wouldn't work out most places..
From what I've heard about Ogden there really isn't shit to do in the summer but in most cities there is other shit to get hyped about in the summer. Especially in the northwest man, everyones too bust throwing won on there bikes and skateboards and shit to want to go put skis on and shit when it's hot out. I mean, I might go once or twice but as far as having a regular clientelle, I dunno man. It'd have to be pretty fucking sick for me to pay 20 bucks.
yeah I agree the northwest is full of shit to do.... but I have to say even with everything there is to do I would still be down to go to sick a indoor jib park now and then. I dont think OR especially Portland would be a good place because the season is to long but in cali now thats another story!
Well woodward at copper charges $29 for a session (after the mandatory instructional course), and they have all the shit you'd ever want in an indoor jib park
i aint from there so i only know it from what i see in magazine and videos, kinda like disneyworld when youre a little guy. looks soooooo cool but you can only imagine being there and your little world just crumblesssss.
